2nd Forged Medicare Health Risk Assessment

Amerigroup - 2nd Forged Medicare Health Risk Assessment
Updated by user Sep 17, 2023

SEPTEMBER 16, 2023 DO NOT CALL ME AMERIGROUP AMERIVANTAGE ELEVANCE(ANTHEM) CARELON TEXAS MEDICAID MEDICARE. My Preferred Solution IS ONLY for you to WRITE ME USPS CORRECTIONS THAT I DID NOT DO HEALTH RISK ASSESSMENTS AS YOUR OCTOBER12,2020 & August18,2023 letters to me...

Original review Aug 26, 2023
Received August 18, 2023 dated letter from Amerigroup thanking me for completing Health Risk Assessment and to log into Amerigroup Medicare website to view Health Plan they made for me. This was forged and Is spread all over to 3rd parties.

I have no online account with them and will not. Seems correspondence all robostamped and nameless anonymous staff. My opinion is AmerigroupAmerivantage Elevance Texas Medicare Medicaid obviously forged it as well as the other one. This same exact thing happened in October 2020 and the HRA I did do in December 2020 was ignored. I did not do any HRA since then and am supposed to be dropped from Amerigroup Amerivantage and been waiting to be, as medicaid Texas was temporary because of Covid and will be put back on medicare only. They do not acknowledge complaints.

This ghetto insurance is worthless.

Only had one thing done otherwise worthless health insurance and could go once a year to a indigent clinic instead of this inferior health insurance which would be better, but was on lumbosacral skeletal spine disability and now 65+ Social Security health insurance is mandatorily assigned, and Amerigroup Amerivantage Medicaid Medicare Texas assigns you to their ethics violating puppet grafter brown nosing health insurance doctors and staff who make fake notes to make me look not credible to save the insurance money from possible future tests or treatments and they present as an ASSet to the inferior health insurance. So this fake Health Risk Assessment is in my records at medicaid medicare, etc;.

AmerigroupAmerivantageElevanceTexasMedicaidMedicare regarding 2 falsified Health Risk Assessments that I NEVER did that they made a plan for me and informed me by letter dated August 18, 2023 and October 12, 2020 my preferred solution is for them to send me a letter(s) in the mail USPS that they have corrected that I did not do these. I will not get online to their website to view these FAKE HRA's I never did with a fake plan either. Today is August 29, 2023

Wellpoint Health Insurance new of Amerigroup

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Wellpoint Health Insurance is new name of Amerigroup 2024(ElevanceAnthemMedicaidMedicareVirginiaTexas). I Wrote detailed info on this unscrupulous outfit under Amerigroup Health insurance complaints."Ignore and Fabricate More" would be a better new name for them. Sharing here another experience I had with Amerigroup back in 2016. I went to doctor at monoply type clinic was at, and I was told to come back in 6 months and my basic unnew meds were refilled for 6 months. Pharmacy told me they could not refill my meds. I then got a voice message gaslighting me from the clinic nurse telling me that I have to make appointment to see a doctor or they cannot refill my meds! They talk to me and note in my med records like they are talking to a 3rd party they attempting to bluff. I called clinic and nurse told me on phone the repeated info regarding my needing to come in and see a doctor for med refill. I told her I already have seen licensed medical doctor a few days ago and have the document saying come back in 6 months and my meds refilled for 6 months. Then nurse tells me Balony Stuff over phone that Amerigroup wanted me to see THEIR doctor and I could come in right away! I said in 6 months will. Nurse said they are not refilling meds, they actually stopped it unless I came in and saw doctor Amerigroup has me re assigned to as PCP!! They could not even wait to get me in! Uh, so they can have her note BalonyStuff in my records. I left the clinic 2016. Went to another different name clinic in 2016 and got my meds from nurse PCP. Then later in 2021 had a pcp doctor that I had 4 times at this same clinic, Dr. C.M. that LIED in my record and said she did a cervical spine exam on me positive for tenderness which is a positve MALINGERING test. She also lied I told her things I did not including ridiculous things. Fabricated obtuse aspersions and innuendos as they obviously WANT to make you look NOT CREDIBLE and that you have psychological pain and symptoms AND you have no pain in your back or neck like you are better or cured. 2 different phony stories. So I dropped PCP Dr. C.M. and I not have an assigned PCP and not going back to other clinic. Heard people cannot get another pcp or are kicked out of clinics when want a different one do to no fault of their own. I had medical procedure done completed in 2022 (only thing done on this insurance as they do nothing) with a non pcp and I had immunizations done 2022 ****. Recently dropped this insurance formerly and requested pending medicare only. I also received 2 letters from Amerigroup aka Wellpoint that they received Health Risk Assessment Questionaires I never did in 2020 and 2023 with Care Plans for me to view on their website which I did not and will not log in to see. They ignore what I say and write in and ignore complaints and corrections to false info. Ignore, fabricate more, repeat.

Original review Jan 18, 2024
Doctor wanted to give me nerve block for my debilitating headaches, amerigroup declined saying no proof it helps. Specialist disagrees and said they will do it free sense they know I needed so bad. But explained insurance needs to say they wont cancel insurance before doing. So I called Amerigroup and they refused when I called even though its being paid by doctor out of pocket and hes the specialist, not amerigroup! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE insurance

Amerigroup Incompetence

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Amerigroup cant handle details. I received several notifications in Spanish. I was also addressed as German instead of Leslie. Contacting Amerigroup is impossible unless you want to deal with the computer for an hour. if Amerigroup cant handle these issues then I have no confidence that they can handle health insurance. Im disgusted and I will never recommend Amerigroup to anyone, including my worst enemy. Thank you for your consideration Leslie Schetter

Amerigroup Website is The Black Hole of Calcutta

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
The Amerigroup website takes you in circles, re-entering id & password again and again. Even though I've always received my healthcare from one single health care center & their providers, Amerigroup only syncs with about one-third of my appointments, vaccinations, procedures, etc. on their Healthy Rewards page. Healthy Rewards on the iPhone is inoperable as far as viewing what rewards I have been authorized to receive, and trying to get through to anyone is impossible, whether by phone, messaging, their messaging app, etc. Nothing EVER works, and if you do get through on the phone, they send you to one person then another with long periods of hold in between, and in the end reported issues are NEVER resolved. It's an abominable site and system.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Useless site in every way. Non-functional most of the time, and customer service is non-existent. Only a small portion of the Healthy Rewards Activities ever get recorded even though they know exactly where I receive my healthcare. Trying to get someone at Customer Service to assist is a joke. Never happens. Thinking it's intentional.

STOPPING UNWANTED PHONE CALLS & CORRECTING FALSIFIED DOCUMENTS

Original review Sep 17, 2023

STOP CALLING ME AMERIGROUP AMERIVANTAGE(ELEVANCE ANTHEM)Unwanted phone calls calling me live from AmerigroupAmerivantage & leaving voicemails for me to call them.No reason given for the calls.I do not want to talk to them or call them. Goes without saying why!!!

They lie, and ignore information, pretend they do not have info that they already have etc.Their pcp's lie.Pcp's and some medical staff are only real names and real job titles I have.Been getting these Live phone calls August 2023 through present month of September 2023 after my recent online complaint blogs about 2 fake HRA'S.They usually only do robo calls a bit here and there. October 12, 2020 & August 18, 2023 got 2 HRA & Careplan letters from them based on 2 HRA Questionaires I NEVER did. They were in my OBVIOUS opinion 1000% FORGED by their staff. Not viewing these fakes online on their website so not know what forged answers etc; on them!

They do not even acknowledge complaints or even that you attempted corrections to false info and they obliterate your facts, things you put in writing, and say, and deflect and lie more.Like pcp places they assign you also do. They give you dirty grafter hired gun ethics violator type PCP's etc.My opinion is this whole place is a very severe ADVERSARIAL MALICIOUS LIBEL SLANDER DEFAMATORY ABUSIVE SCAM outfit with NO ACCOUNTABILITY.

I want my AMERIGROUP AMERIVANTAGE CANCELLED NOW and want to be put back on Medicare only.Past due, as Texas temporary medicaid, due to covid pandemic, is over. I heard others say they cannot get a pcp on Amerigroup and when they get a bad pcp and want another pcp they have gotten kicked out of clinics.I requested on here already to them to USPS me written corrections to falsified HRA's that I did NOT do those. They are spread to 3rd parties including DHS & Centers for MEDICAID MEDICARE.I noted yesterday a comment on here saying DO NOT CALL ME ANYMORE but it did not seem to post.

Extra benifits

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Since the new 2023 program is not yet functioning, is AMERIGROUP going to extend 2022 programs like Healthy Eating & OTC until the new system can be made functional? It is, after all, at least a month behind schedule, and its phone & computer systems can not be accessed without the new card numbers, so AMERIGROUP clients are excluded from contacting these people to even ask questions.
